■Defective products

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

As this is a handmade product, there may be slight differences in color from the images in the photos on the site, slight discrepancies in the engraved characters, differences in the plating pattern on the metal crown part from the photos, small air bubbles may be present. We ask that you judge the product based on the photos on the website and approve your purchase.

Please allow up to 7 days after delivery.

■Return shipping costs

We will pay the shipping costs for returning defective items. Also, please note that we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.

■In case of cancellation

We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

Your order will be completed when we send you an email from our staff after you place an order.

Please note, however, that depending on the availability of production parts, the product's sales status may change.

■For Overseas Purchasers

For customers in countries where Japan Post's EMS shipping has been temporarily disrupted due to the Covid19, we will be responsible for shipping as soon as logistics are restored.

For customers in countries where we are able to ship by EMS, we will ship within two weeks of your order.Due to the limited production speed, it may take longer for us to ship your order.We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
