After receiving your pre-order, your item will be shipped approximately 3 weeks after production. Please note that each item is made by hand in every manufacturing process. We will ship your order as soon as possible. However, there may be cases where orders are concentrated and it may take some time to ship.

Cancellation Policy

Generally, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. *Your order will be considered complete when you receive an email from our staff after placing your order. We will accept changes and adjustments if the product has not yet entered the production stage.
