■Defective goods

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.Because it is a handmade product, there may be a slight difference in color with the photo image posted on the site, a slight deviation of the engraved character, a difference from the photo about the plating pattern of the metal crown part, small bubbles mixed in, etc. All of them are based on the photos on the site, and we ask that you approve them before purchasing.

■Period of return

It will be within 7 days after the goods arrive.

■Return shipping

The shipping costs for returns of defective products will be borne by the store. Also, please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.

■Cancel.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept any cancellations.

Your order will be confirmed by the mail sent by our staff after you place your order.

We have a certain number of items in stock, but we cannot mass-produce them because they are handmade, so there is a possibility that they will be made after an order is placed. ■For Overseas Purchasers

For customers in countries where Japan Post's EMS shipping has been temporarily disrupted due to the Covid19, we will be responsible for shipping as soon as logistics are restored.

For customers in countries where we are able to ship by EMS, we will ship within two weeks of your order.Due to the limited production speed, it may take longer for us to ship your order.We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
